Mama Jessie's Kesong Puti

Mama Jessie’s Kesong Puti has a shelf life of two (2) weeks if kept inside the refrigerator and six (6) months if kept inside the freezer.


  1. Our kesong puti can be eaten alone, or can be paired with pan de sal or crackers.
  2. It can be fried in olive oil, or can be heated in the microwave for one (1) minute to get a mozzarella-like texture.
  3. Best for breakfast or merienda.
